Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of TextArt, a mobile application developed and operated by AAAI Studio. By downloading or using TextArt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TextArt. Users aged 13–17 must have parental or guardian consent.

2. License and Acceptable Use

AAAI Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TextArt for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

3. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases, and Billing

3.1 Billing

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store on iOS or by Google through Google Play on Android. The price, currency, billing period, and any introductory offer shown on the platform's purchase screen are the terms that apply to your purchase. AAAI Studio does not receive your full payment-card details.

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through the store that processed the purchase before its applicable renewal deadline. Your App Store or Google Play account is charged according to that store's terms and the purchase confirmation shown to you.

3.3 Free Trials

The current Android catalog does not include a free trial, introductory price, promotional offer, or discount. Where Apple or a future catalog explicitly offers a trial or introductory offer, it converts to the subscription shown on the purchase screen unless cancelled before the store's applicable deadline. Offer eligibility and treatment of unused trial time are determined by the App Store or Google Play.

3.4 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel an iOS subscription in your App Store account settings and an Android subscription in Google Play. Deleting TextArt from your device does not cancel a subscription. Use TextArt's Restore Purchases control while signed in to the same store account to restore eligible purchases. A lifetime purchase, when offered, is a one-time, non-renewing purchase for the applicable platform account and remains subject to that store's restoration rules.

3.5 Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted to the App Store or Google Play, according to the policy of the store that processed the purchase. AAAI Studio does not directly process store refunds.

4. User Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the designs, text, and images you create with TextArt. You represent that you hold all necessary rights to any materials you incorporate into your work.

AAAI Studio is not responsible for any content you produce, export, or share. Deleted projects may not be recoverable. On iOS, you may use TextArt's optional iCloud backup where available; Android does not currently provide TextArt cloud backup. Keep your own exported copy of important work.

5. Third-Party Services

TextArt integrates services including Firebase, Google Mobile Ads and its consent platform, Google Play Billing on Android, and Apple StoreKit on iOS. Platform-specific attribution, notification, content-delivery, and cloud-backup providers are described in our Privacy Policy. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. AAAI Studio is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

6. Privacy

Your use of TextArt is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within TextArt — including fonts, templates, UI elements, icons, and source code — are owned by AAAI Studio or its licensors and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

TextArt is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AAAI Studio does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific results. Use of the app is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AAAI Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, TextArt. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes, Updates, and Termination

We may update TextArt's features, content, or these Terms at any time. We may terminate or restrict your access if you violate these Terms. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or where required, through binding arbitration.
