Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of TextArt, a mobile application developed and operated by AAAI Studio. By downloading or using TextArt, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use TextArt. Users aged 13–17 must have parental or guardian consent.

2. License and Acceptable Use

AAAI Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use TextArt for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

3. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases, and Billing

3.1 Billing

All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Your purchase is governed by Apple's payment terms and conditions.

3.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

3.3 Free Trials

Where offered, a free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period ends. Cancellation must occur at least 24 hours before the trial expires.

3.4 Managing Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iPhone's App Store account settings. Deleting TextArt from your device does not automatically cancel your subscription.

3.5 Refunds

All refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with their refund policy. AAAI Studio does not process refunds directly.

4. User Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the designs, text, and images you create with TextArt. You represent that you hold all necessary rights to any materials you incorporate into your work.

AAAI Studio is not responsible for any content you produce, export, or share. Deleted projects cannot be recovered — we recommend backing up your work to iCloud.

5. Third-Party Services

TextArt integrates Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google AdMob, and Apple StoreKit 2. These services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. AAAI Studio is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

6. Privacy

Your use of TextArt is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality within TextArt — including fonts, templates, UI elements, icons, and source code — are owned by AAAI Studio or its licensors and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers

TextArt is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AAAI Studio does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific results. Use of the app is at your sole risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AAAI Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, TextArt. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the preceding 12 months.

10. Changes, Updates, and Termination

We may update TextArt's features, content, or these Terms at any time. We may terminate or restrict your access if you violate these Terms. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or where required, through binding arbitration.
