Delete your TextArt account and data
Last updated: September 8, 2026
This page applies to the TextArt Android app by AAAI Studio. TextArt does not require a named profile, but it creates a pseudonymous Firebase identity to secure online services and verify Google Play purchases.
Delete from the Android app
- Open TextArt.
- Open Settings.
- Choose Delete online data.
- Review the explanation and confirm deletion.
Cannot access the app? Send a deletion request from any email address. Include “TextArt data deletion” in the subject. We may request limited device, platform, or transaction information only when needed to locate the correct pseudonymous records and protect other users.
Request deletionWhat is deleted
- The app's pseudonymous Firebase Authentication identity.
- TextArt online mappings and account-linked entitlement records that are eligible for deletion.
- The local identity and cached online purchase-state copy after the request succeeds in the app.
What is not automatically deleted
- Designs, photos, text, fonts, and exports stored on your device. Delete them in TextArt, Android storage, or the destination app.
- Google Play transaction records and limited fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute, security, backup, or legal records that must be retained.
- Copies you intentionally exported or shared to another app or service.
We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days, subject to applicable law and provider processing time. More detail is available in the TextArt Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions
Deleting TextArt data or uninstalling the app does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Manage or cancel it separately in Google Play under Payments & subscriptions.
